Once upon a time I lived upon an island which was independent and
hosted a lot of offshore services.
In 1999 I bought Offshore-Advice to cater to that market.
Then the independent island joined a private club and was then ruled
by offshore board of directors, so my advice was no longer valid.
I leave it up to a new offshore advisor to begin the dance again.
